While living this experience in the Colchagua Valley, you will be able to explore three important vineyards of the area, Viña VIK, Viña Neyén and Viña Lapostolle. In each one of them you will be able to savor great quality wines and visit the vineyards with an expert guide who will teach you about the fermentation processes, the history and the area’s winemaking tradition.
Every day includes transportation and meals. One of them takes place in the famous Viña VIK restaurant, Milla Milla, where the renowned Chilean chef, Rodrigo Acuña Bravo, is in charge. His food and philosophy incorporates the idea of consuming local products and the concern that all ingredients are fresh and carefully selected. His dishes are always thought to be paired with different wines of the vineyard to emphasize food flavors in a unique way (wine pairing).
On day one, during your stay in Viña Vik, you can choose among the different activities offered in place, such as horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking, as well as a tour around its vineyards and its great architecture. On day two, in Viña Neyen, guests can join a two-hour hike in the morning to see the flora and fauna, and learn about the Colchagua region, to then enjoy lunch in the vineyard. The afternoon includes a guided visit and wine tasting in Viña Lapostolle.
