This Saturday, March 16th, between 11:00 and 19:00, eight vineyards of San Antonio will gather in Hacienda San Juan to celebrate “Vinos de Proa”, the first Grape Harvest Festival to take place in our valley. Viña Matetic, Casas de Bucalemu, Casa Marín, Chocalán, Garcés Silva, Hacienda San Juan, Leyda and Ventisquero, will be the participating vineyards of this great event, where first-class wines will be offered with this designation of origin.
There, wines will be mostly paired with seafood dishes, which make the cold-region vineyards characteristics stand out; in those regions, the weather and the coastal trough sculpt unique grape juices. Their mineral, salty and fresh features obtained from the coastal soils, provide freshness and unique notes to the wines that you will be able to taste in this amazing San Antonio valley.
